If you have a specific question or small concern regarding your child's eating and drinking skills and want to speak to a feeding professional this may be the option for you.

 

This service involves 1x email reply within 24 hours of receiving your query. If  further assessment is required following this email consultation this cost can be taken off the new assessment price.

A phone consultation may help for a more in-depth discussion of your child's current skills, your concerns and suggestions for where to go from here.

Phone calls are up to 20 minutes in length and do not include an observation of your child eating. Following the conversation any supporting documents will be sent through but there will be no personalised plan.

A full assessment involves a thorough discussion regarding your child's medical,  developmental and feeding history as well as an observation of their eating and drinking skills. This will include an assessment of their cranial nerves, oral-motor and sensory skills, clinical assessment of their swallowing physiology and behavioural response to mealtimes.

Full assessments take up to one hour and will conclude with an analysis of the findings. Recommendations will be provided for the next steps which may be a personalised programme, onward referral or one on one treatment.

Assessments can be completed in person or via zoom.
