Starting Solids

Service Description

This assessment is for children who are starting solids or not progressing with solids as you would expect. The assessment includes a discussion regarding their medical and developmental history and an observation of a mealtime. The mealtime should include foods that they are currently tolerating, and those that you typically provide them with but may not yet be accepting. The assessment will identify any anatomical or developmental causes for your child's difficulty and the best treatment approach to help them progress their feeding skills. This assessment can be completed via face to face or online via Zoom.
